Collection and Verification of Academic Documents for International Postgraduate Students
Dr. Mohsen Saeidi, Director of International Affairs at Arak University of Medical Sciences, announced the commencement of the process for collecting and reviewing the academic documents of newly admitted international students in the Master's and Ph.D. programs.
According to the Public Relations Office of Arak University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Saeidi explained that the admission process begins with the electronic submission of applicants’ academic documents. These documents are carefully reviewed and evaluated to verify their authenticity and ensure that all required documentation has been provided. This stage is intended to facilitate and expedite the assessment of academic records and to prepare the necessary groundwork for the subsequent administrative procedures.
He added that after this initial review, students will be required to visit the university in person. At that stage, their original documents will be collected and cross-checked against the electronically submitted copies. Subsequently, each student's academic file will be established, and the administrative procedures related to registration and the commencement of studies will be carried out.
The Director of International Affairs emphasized that the thorough collection and verification of international students’ academic credentials is a key step in organizing the admission process and creating a suitable environment for their successful integration into the university community. He further noted that the completion of academic files and the validation of educational documents are essential requirements for processing student visas and officially initiating their academic activities.
In conclusion, Dr. Saeidi stated that Arak University of Medical Sciences has, in recent years, expanded its international activities and increased the enrollment of non-Iranian students across various academic levels. These efforts reflect the university’s commitment to strengthening international academic cooperation and enhancing its global educational standing.
